Rates (in euros)

July & August

• 1.100 euros per week for a standard 2-week stay
• 1.210 euros per week for a one-week stay
• 990 euros per week for a stay of 3 weeks or more

Mai - Juin - Septembre - Octobre

• 880 euros per week for a standard 2-week stay
• 970 euros per week for a one-week stay
• 790 euros per week for a stay of 3 weeks or more

Other conditions

• The rates above include the cleaning at your departure (you will take care of the day-to-day cleaning during your stay), bed linen and towels: the maintenance of the pool and of the garden.
• As a guarantee for any damage, you are asked to provide us with a bank check corresponding to a 1-week renting rate. That check will be sent to us as soon as you book and will be given back when you leave (except of course if we had to use it in case of damages)
• You are asked to pay 20% of the total renting costs as soon as you book and to pay the rest one week before your arrival at the latest.
• Renting periods are determined from a Saturday to a Saturday. At your arrival, you are welcome starting at 6PM. At your departure, you are asked to leave before 10AM.
• Pets are not welcome. You are kindly asked not to smoke inside. Camping and caravanning are prohibited.
• Cannot be recommended for handicapped persons (stairs).
